Do you guarantee delivery times?

We work hard to ensure that all orders are dispatched as quickly as possible and have worked with almost all major international couriers at some stage or another. We select the couriers we work with principally on their success rate of delivering orders within the quoted time limits. Global logistics is a complicated business and sometimes there are unforeseen delays. These instances are rare and we work closely with the couriers to rectify these issues, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery times
